I am having problem printing the owner's telephone number on the Expired Listings Report.
To print the owner's telephone number on the Expired Listings Report, download the report and open it with the Acrobat Reader Software which can be downloaded here if you don't already have it. Go to File menu, click on Print..., then a Print Dialog Box comes up. On this dialog box, ensure that the 'comments' checkbox which is under the Print Range Group is checked.

How does your service compare with the automated Expired Listing Service from other companies?
We believe we offer a superior service because we do our research manually. This avoids your IP address being blocked due to repeated automated request from the telephone databases. Furthermore, corporate owners search capabilty is hardly functional in the automated expired listing service as it requires a manual search of different state's coporate database websites.

How do you ensure that I get my Daily Real Estate Expired Listings Report
everyday by 7.30am?
Typically we start working on the MLS after midnight local time, giving us about seven hours to prepare your daily expired listings.
To ensure that we deliver daily, we have back-up virtual assistants for every client’s expired listing project. Our outsourcing centers also run their IT infrastructure with backup/redundant DSL internet access. If we are not able to meet the 7.30am deadline, it is likely the problem is from the MLS database or the relevant county website being down.

What happens if I disagree with your time estimate for my job?
Our project supervisor will review the time estimate and compare the time estimate with previous jobs done for the same client with similar number of records, and appropriate adjustment will be made. Our client satisfaction is highly important as we aim for a long-term partnership providing a long-term value proposition.

What happens if my MLS website is down?
If your MLS is down, we send you an email to inform you of the problem as soon as we find out and we keep trying until 7.30am local time. At this point we send you an email asking if we should still continue to do the expired listing for the day as soon as the MLS comes up. If the MLS does not come up before 12noon local time, the particular’s day expired listings report will be added to the next day’s expired listings report.
