Cost of Service

The current cost of the daily real estate expired listings research service is $6.50 per hour. If you have many locations, a discount can be negotiated.

We track the hours spent on each client’s job daily, and we send the daily time spent on the job with each day's real estate expired listings’ report.

On the average we will expect to spend about 1hour per weekdays, 2hrs on mondays
and 3hrs on the first days of the month. The actual time may vary
depending on the the level of activities in your area.

We send our invoices for work done monthly in arrears, around the 20th of each month.

We receive payments by Paypal, credit card or bank transfer.
