Cost of Service

We offer two subscription plans depending on the MLS involved:

1. $49.99 per month plus a one-time set-up fee of $99.99 plan.
   This is our discounted rate for MLS for which we have done significant automation to our data-processing procedures. (See Rates For Various MLS) Under this discounted rate plan, we offer a fixed monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and yearly subscription plans with discounts as follows:
   

   Monthly cost	- $49.99
   Additional monthly cost for full agent report (PDF)	- $7.00
   Quarterly cost	- $128.97 (14.00% discount excluding PDF)
   Bi-annual cost	- $248.95 (17.00% discount excluding PDF)
   Annual cost	- $419.92 (30.00% discount excluding PDF)
   One-time setup charge	- $59.99




2. $59.99 per month plus a one-time set-up fee of $99.99 plan.
   This is our standard rate for MLS for which we have not fully automated our data-processing procedures. (See Rates For Various MLS). There is an additional charge of $10.00 per month for providing the Full Agent Report in PDF format. There is only monthly subscription available for this plan.

Payment is due at sign-up and your account is billed automatically at the end of the subscription period pre-paid for.

For clients with MLS using security tokens, after the sign up process we will need to have further discussions with you so as to clarify the expired research procedure before payment is made.
