How does your service compare with the automated Expired Listing Service from other companies?
- You get the results you need right away and start making the phone calls you need to make immediately without wasting time running expired software applications. Our expireds are ready for you to use as soon as you get to your office because while you are asleep, our virtual assistants are doing the research for you and we get it ready for you by 7.30am every day.
Just download the results that we have already researched for you as soon as you get to the office and you are ready to go, contacting your expireds leads. Our service gives you an early bird advantage over your competitors using other system
- We get better quality phone numbers with the use of several telephone databases. We also use corporate records to identify principal officers of corporate owners and their corresponding phone numbers. Corporate owners search capabilty is hardly functional in our competitors purely automated expired listing service as it requires a manual search of different state's corporation database websites. Our virtual assistants do these manual searches.
- Our virtual assistants can physically avoid IP blocking emanating from particular databases that purely automated system may not be able to.

Who actually accesses my MLS?
ExpiredListingOutsource assigns one virtual assistant (VA) to handle each client’s MLS database. We also train two other VA to be able to handle each client’s job. The extra two VA are to take care of the sick days, leave etc.

How do you ensure that I get my Daily Real Estate Expired Listings Report
everyday by 7.30am?
Typically we start working on the MLS after midnight local time, giving us about seven hours to prepare your daily expired listings.
To ensure that we deliver daily, we have back-up virtual assistants for every client’s expired listing project. Our outsourcing centers also run their IT infrastructure with backup/redundant DSL internet access. If we are not able to meet the 7.30am deadline, it is likely the problem is from the MLS database or the relevant county website being down.

Who provides access to the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, me or
ExpiredListingOutsource?
Currently we use our Realtor client’s access to the DNC to do the DNC check.
